When choosing Express Delivery, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD) and they will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date/time.

If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule, the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery, giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment. 


INTERNATIONAL MAIL TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. Within this email there will be a link to track your shipment.

Your final mile delivery will be completed by the local postal authority in the country, the above delivery windows are aims. Whilst best efforts are always made to reach these targets, occasionally delays can occur, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.


DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY AND VAT CHARGES?

EUROPE - For orders outside of the UK, any import taxes will be applicable at the checkout. 

AUSTRALIA - Australian orders under AUD $1,000 are shipped duty free - anything over this price will be calculated at the checkout.

US - US orders under $800 ships duty free - anything over this price will be calculated at the checkout.

We ship from a UK warehouse. Please note WANDERDOLL have the right to change this policy at any given time.

At Wanderdoll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we offer a hassle-free returns process that follows the guidelines outlined below:

1. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate the return process, simply notify us within this 14-day period via email (customerservice@wander-doll.com) or our contact form, stating your intention to return. You can then register the return via our returns portal here.

Whilst there is no initial fee to register your return, £3.25 will be deducted from your refund when processed. 

If you do not notify us within 14 days of receiving your parcel that you wish to make a return, we can only offer store credit.

2. Once you’ve notified us of your intention to return you have an additional 14 days to return the items to us. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, have no smell of scent and in the original packaging with ribbons and tags attached. If your return is not received within these following 14 days, we can only offer store credit.

3. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods at our HQ. Please note that the refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless this is received outside of our returns timeframe or if you have purchased items from our Final Call section. 

FINAL CALL -  Please note that any items purchased in our Final Call collection are only available for store credit if returned. We apologise for any disappointment which may be caused by this.  You will not be able to add any further discounts to items which are part of a sale / promotion.

Please note that sale items can only be refunded through a credit note.

 

Exchanges 

We do currently offer exchanges; however, this is subject to stock availability. If the stock is not available, we will contact you in regards to issuing a refund or a credit note. Please note exchanges can take up to 14 working days to process. 

Once you have selected an exchange, credit note or refund on our portal, this cannot be amended. We apologise for any disappointment caused.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are returning manually, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. Please keep hold of any proof of postage receipts. 

Exclusions

Wanderdoll does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.

All swimwear items and Hair Bows are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. If any of these items are returned to us, these will be rejected by our returns team and sent back to you.

Any item including a hygiene sticker will not be accepted by our returns team if the hygiene sticker has been removed. This is in placed for a reason and ensures customer safety. If any items have been returned with the hygiene stickers removed, this will be rejected and sent back to yourself. 

If for any other reason your return does not meet our returns policy, the return will be rejected and returned to yourself. You will be notified about this via email. 

If you think you may have received a faulty / damaged item, you must inform our team via email on customerservice@wander-doll.com before the return is sent.
