At Wanderdoll, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, your return must reach our HQ within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please note the returns portal can take 3-5 working days delivery back to us, therefore please factor this in when registering your return via the portal. If your parcel is returned after the 14 day returns period, we would be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Whilst there is no initial fee when using our returns portal, there will be a deduction of £3.25 when your refund is processed. Please note that your refund will also be minus your original postage costs.
Once you have selected an exchange, credit note or refund on our portal, this cannot be amended. We apologise for any disappointment caused.
Wanderdoll offers refunds subject to the following terms and conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and have no smell of scent. If you have ribbon attached to your garment this can NOT be removed and all original tags/ packaging must remain intact.

- We do currently offer exchanges; however, this is subject to stock availability. If the stock is not available, we will contact you in regards to issuing a refund or a credit note. Please note exchanges can take up to 14 working days to process.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Access our Returns Portal online.
- Provide your order number and email address.
- Select a reason for return.
- Choose Self-Shipping or pre-paid label. If you chose a pre-paid label, the total for this label (£3.25) will be deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are returning manually, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item. Please keep hold of any proof of postage receipts.
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
-Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
- Please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank/ payment provider.
If the return is rejected, you will be notified, and this will be returned to yourself.
If you think you may have received a faulty / damaged item, you must inform our team via email on customerservice@wander-doll.com before the return is sent.
- Exclusions
Wanderdoll does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.
All swimwear items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. If any swimwear items are returned to us, these will be rejected by our returns team and sent back to you.
Our Hair Bows are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. If any Hair Bows are returned to us, these will be rejected by our returns team and sent back to you.
